I told you I would be back. I got 70 out of 100 in Art this term, the highest mark was 89.I know I could have done better, but.......  idk. Anyway when I get back my drawing I did for test I'll post it up

Art Journal #8

This is my last post for the term. This is my stippling picture, it is the same picture I used in my grid drawing.It took me almost 1 or 2 hours. I feel great that I completed it but my elbows and my knees are now hurting since I was lying down on the ground. I hope you like it! And I hope you will continue to check my blog.This might be my last blog post for the term, but not for my life. I will continue to draw and create things and upload it here. Art Journal #7

This is my grid drawing that I did. It didn't take me so long but I had to go somewhere else to get it on my blog because my computer was not working. I am so glad I finished it, I can't stop smiling :) :D. Now all I have to do is do my stippling version of it.I uploaded 2 versions so you all could see the full thing.They both are the same picture

Art Journal #6

Today we had to bring in our portrait drawings that we did at home. Miss gave us a note on stippling and she told us that we have to hand up the portrait with the picture next week Tuesday. She told us that we had to do the drawing using stippling and that included the outline of the ears, eyes, nose, face, neck, eyebrows etc. We also did the drawing according to where the darkness on the face are by darkening the areas. It was good!!!

I didn't go to class today but I heard there was something about a competition, but I can't take part.I didn't miss out plenty!

My Collage

This is a picture of my collage, it is a tree on top of a mountain with grass around it, from up here you can see the ocean and the sun setting. Miss told me that it was incomplete, I added more blue to the collage so as to hide the white that was being shown and I got 19/25 for my effort.

My Apple

Today in class, Miss taught us about grid drawing. Grid drawing is basically copying a picture using a grid. Miss also marked our pastel drawings and I got 19/25 in mine....because I didn't finish it before. I did it over but Miss left me with the same mark, I guess teachers know best.

Art Journal #3

Today, Miss taught us about pastelles and how to draw a fruit with pastelles. There are two different types of pastelles (oil and chalk). Pastel drawings must be fixed i.e. sprayed. I drew an apple!!!

Art Journal #2

The class was very good today. Miss taught us how to draw a fruit as I expected.I brought an orange! She taught us different techniques too, softening (erasing some parts that you shaded). She also told us to draw a value chart which is chart that start form the lightest shade to the darkest.

Art Journal #1

 Today we got the scheme of work for the term and pointers on how to do a collage.Miss said to bring our pencils next day and a fruit.I think we are going to get to draw the fruit :D YAYYYY!!!
